Attorney Fees

Our clients pay us no attorney fees or costs, for claims brought under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Act. The Act itself provides for payment of reasonable attorney’s fees and costs providing the case is brought in good faith.

Our clients receive 100% of any compensation award from the Act. The attorney fees and costs are paid by the Act, above and beyond what our clients receive for compensation.
